Might want to check the color settings on your monitor/phone as that's Grey and Orange.
You know what they say… “One man‘s orange is another man’s red”

Took it to the dealer, ran it for the last time WOT and traded her in for my Carbonized Grey GT500.

So goodbye 350 forums, I'll still lurk around to see what's going on.

Did you install the MMR cylinder head cooling mods yourself?
Can this be done from the bottom if the transmission is removed?

Thanks
Jack

It’s not difficult with the tranny out. It would be a serious pain in the arse from above.

Just for grins (I really wanted to look at her), I removed the care cover and did a visual inspection. Popped the hood also and was then shocked at what I found….
Those little f%ckers, this is WAR. Got me some new electrocution traps and sticky pads.....Going to see how they like it....

You got lucky. Over Christmas those little bastards did $19K worth of damage to my wife's Cayenne, fortunately covered by insurance.

Quick run up to 130 for a bit to get woken up and get lunch after sitting two weeks and a snowstorm on the way. After oil warmed up of course. Then back into the garage.

You may still have to loosen the mount nuts and tip the motor forward a bit, but that can be done if the trans is removed. Without creating additional space between the firewall and the heads, there's just no room to get any leverage or swing on a tool and getting the plugs out can range from fairly easy to difficult and even if you freeze the new fitting, you probably still have to tap them with a rubber mallet to get them to seat. I wouldn't have been able to just push them all the way seated with my bare hand squeezed between the firewall and the motor.

Ha! No, RT50 from DC to Annapolis to get the beast out a bit and use the nice quarter spray carwash machine near Home Depot. On the GW parkway I’ve done parts of thst at 80 or so.
