This is a bit late... but here is the Christmas Present haul from my wife and kids.... so glad they support me in this... The portable blue tooth speaker/radio rocks by the way.

Aaawwweeeee yeah! After 10 excruciating weeks. This was a Black Friday treat that just got here. Oh well. Sooo, I decided to go with DSS over QA1 for a few reasons. This is by no means knocking QA1 because, well, that would be dumb. We know their shaft is legit. But here’s mine;

-After doing all the homework (as any of us would do), I really liked how this one has the correct flange for the axle. No adaptors. Bolts right up.

-Same diameter, thus should be no interference with MGW shifter, as previously rumored.

-Smokin Black Friday sale from Lethal

-Tried to work with a vendor on here to get a QA1 group buy going and they gave us the Heisman.

-QA1 never budges off MSRP that I’ve ever heard of or been able to find, thus you’ll never find a smokin dealno matter what the retailer says.

-Last but not least, DSS is a home town shop. All things being equal, those Carolina boys get my $$$.

That’s a nice peace.

+15 HP, yo! :giggle:

Nothing like a rainy day in Chucktown to throw on some Bemaro Caliper Overlays

Any tips on the install? Doesn't sound like the easiest process.

Wasn't bad at all, just takes a heat gun and some patience. Maybe 20 minutes per wheel or so..

Tips i have from my install:
  • Clean the caliper with alcohol and make sure its dry
  • First apply the flat part of each piece
  • Use the heat gun for bubbles/creases but primarily to wrap the edges
The material from Bemaro reacts exactly as I'd hoped to the heat gun...didnt have any issues with the adhesive, even though some had to be peeled up and replaced several times.

My wife gives me crap every time I look back after I park but it's okay...she doesn't get it like we do

Snapped some pics of the car with the white caliper overlays.

In case anyone else is looking, I had a hard time finding examples of white calipers on black cars (probably rightfully so because of the brake dust) but the z26 powerstops gave me confidence that they will stay relatively clean...also It seems red calipers on black cars is pretty standard so here's to something different

Just walk past her first, so when you look back you are looking at her (with a great background).

White calipers look great with white stripes.
