Installed the Steeda clutch spring and built a set of wooden drive on ramps so I can get this thing up on my lift or simply get the front end up to where I can change the oil. Jeeez - the things came out over 5 ft long to clear the splitter (chin poiler to us old farts).

Nice job. Be careful if the rear wheels touch them while you are pressing the accelerator at all if the ramps do not attach to your lift. I did that once and am lucky I didn't kill anyone, a 30 pound wood ramp flew 100 feet behind my car (a 1992 Mustang, not my GT350). It flew across my driveway, a two lane road, and then ended up in my neighbor's driveway across the street.

nice job SVTinAR i bought some hook nose race ramps, but they were about 1.5” too short so we had to improvise

Took it out for a Sunday drive...took some pics...should have got a ticket! I did a 1st and 2nd gear rip because some kids on bikes egged me on....didn’t see Mr. Police offer. I just pulled over right away...he pulled next to me and said “that was a dumb move, but the car is awesome!” He ended up telling me to “have a nice day”!

That's a good point. I included a slot on top for a removable wheel stop when not using them on my lift. I may need to think about a means of restraint when using them with my lift.

Thanks

The weather has been great in northern Alabama. You know what that means? I get up earlier and take the back roads to work. And when I leave I do the same. Sold the 350wheels and tires and solely drive on the CF wheels and SC2's. The difference was very noticeable and made the car numb. Stocking up on SC2's. I have to sets in my garage as we speak...CF wheels and SC2's FTW LOL

Thanks again Harold for the great deal on the wheels and tires! My gt350R buddy Mike can now come on more road trips with our gt350 owners group without wearing out the cup 2s

My Pleasure. I am glad I was able to help. He should be able to get many winter/rain miles out of that set. Enjoy the cars!

Left the office a little early and brought my Kooks Headers box out of the pouring rain where the guy left them !! Thankfully the boxes were not so damage but another 20mins out there and they would have been soaked !

Also set my Ngauge up to prepare the tune. Looking forward to how this turns out.

Took a trip back to Ford for more troubleshooting. Time to see what the engineers suggest next. In about 5k miles or so, half of the miles I have on this car are gonna be "car issue miles"
