Nah, black still looks very good in a lot of applications. But bronze is amazing on these cars without a doubt.

The time of the black wheel is over; it is time for them to leave middle earth. The time of some other color is upon us.

Most gt350s without black wheels look cheap. I'll stay in middle Earth.

Checked the production sticker on the drivers side of the engine on my 2017 GT350 and it read FA 557 AA? It’s my understanding FA is a 2015 engine. Am I wrong? A 2017 with a 2015 built engine?

I would tend to disagree as I moved away from black wheels as well. This sentiment may not be shared by everyone, but black wheels on a black car tend to get lost no matter how nice looking the wheel is. I may be going to a silver or titanium color next and probably will be selling these Variant Xenon wheels.

I have converted to a different color wheel as well since black wheels against a black car tend to get lost. Pic posted on this same thread topic today.

FA is 1st gen engine, 15 to 18, KA for 19, 20.
The numbers on the bottom of the sticker will give you the year and day it a
was built.
If engine is original serial number on block, left rear side above oil pan , should match vin number.

Did they old switcheroo today. Got the Shelby out from the back of the garage and put the Hotrod in the back.
It took just under an hour to move everything around and then put everything back. It’s SHELBY time:rockon:

I get Shelby time Les, but when do you drive your 33 ?
My 34 Ford, 2 door sedan definitely doesn't get much use any more... 😞
Back in the day pic, still got it. Needs brakes & carburetors rebuilt.

I can relate!! My Rod needs LOTS of mechanical work now also! It will get done in time.
