Yeah me too. I bought the mats then asked them if they did boot mats and they said they did not have a template so I put the call out on this forum as I am in Queensland and that kind person went to the trouble to take a trip out to them so they could take the template. Within 24 hours it was on my front doorstep in QLD!!! Nothing comes close to the quality.

If the person who drove out that day is reading this, thank you! :headbang:
Your welcome.

On the page it says that they won't. Also they won't melt. Also they work with the tmps system. Fingers crossed.

Hi Mick,

Serious question - can the type of valve cap interfere with the TPMS?

Reason I ask is I fitted my new wheels last weekend. Driving home I got no error messages. I washed the car and then replaced the valve caps with machined metallic ones I had on a previous car.

Went for my Sunday drive - TPMS error message came up - reset about 3 times but still get error message.

I think I'll change back this weekend and see.

Interesting!

It is funny you ask that question. Until I read the ad I didn't realise that different valve caps might upset the tmps.

Yesterday I got the car back from a service at the Ford dealership. It was booked in for that as well as the tmps warning on the dash always going off, which it had done since I bought the car. I was running about 32 to 34 psi in the tyres. I thought there was a faulty sensor but when they tested it they said it was because the tyre pressure was below about 34 or 35 psi. When it goes below that they said it sets it off, to let you know you need a bit more air. They put in 38 psi on each tyre and it is fine now. Maybe check to see how much air you have in the new tyres first.

how is it now without the sound tube?
Almost doesnt make much difference. The main thing is the source of the exhasust sound. Before the dound was kind of everywhere now it just from the back. I dont miss it, engine bay looks cleaner also. I suspect it may make a bigger difference with after market exhaust

snake bite did you unbolt it or just rip it out? What did you use the plug the hole?
Unbolted it. You have to jack the car up and unbolt from there. This is all you need
