Shout out to Benny and Mike at Levittown Ford. Thanks for your help!
I visited both of my local Ford dealerships near me asking for help to upgrade my son's rear brakes from stock to the PP rotors and calipers that I have on my 2017PP. He has a 2019 EcoBoost without performance pack and the rear brakes are simply pitiful (but that's another story). Both of my local dealer parts and service departments refused to help at all. One said that if I could Google the parts, they would sell them to me but would not accept returns and their service department would not put them on. The other dealership ghosted me after telling me that they could do it.
Benny and Mike took the time to compare the brake parts list from both vehicles and confirm which parts were compatible. Mike even gave me a deal on shipping. I finally got around to doing the brake upgrade (good father-son weekend) and everything fit perfectly.
The only hiccup was a missing part from the caliper install kit bag. I called Mike and he had another one on order faster than I could finish telling him what I needed. What's more, prior to that call (out of convenience) I figured that I'd just run over to the local dealership to pick them up (only $17, no biggie, right?) Well they both did not have them in stock, saying that there was a national backorder on them. I asked one of them to check parts at Levittown and he said "oh yeah, they have them in stock".
I see no reason to visit my local dealerships any time soon if I can just go right to Benny and Mike.

Here is how I interpret it
M-6564-M52 - These are stock GT350 rockers
M-6564-M52A - These are stock GT500 rockers (upgraded design over GT350)
GT350 Rockers are the same part # from 2015 and Up so they can be used in all 5.2 NA Applications
GT500 Rockers can only be used in 2018+ 3rd Gen heads so yes you can use the M-6564-M52A in your 2018.
