Supercharged Mach 1 with the 10 speed would be pretty awesome.
If you go with a whipple or other PD blower you're losing the extra 20 hp of the mach 1/bullitt when you remove the GT 350 manifold, so essentially your back to a standard gen 3 coyote. Why not just buy a GT with the A10 and supercharge that. The car would be cheaper and no ADM.

Thats why I am supercharging my GT. But the Mach 1 does have extra cooling, It comes with an oil cooler and transmission cooler. Not sure about differential cooler. Also comes with magneride which would make GT's get pretty close to the mach 1 in price anyway, atleast without adm

You can add the coolers for a lot less than a mach 1 will cost above a GT

And if you're not going to track the car, you don't need the coolers. Besides, the A10 cars already have a trans cooler.

Meh.

A Mach with all the toys plus the expense of supercharging it is within spitting distance of the cost of the GT500. You'd really have to want that stick bad.
What other toys do you need? Up until now it was mainly the cooling and transmission that the lower GTs were lacking from the top of the line model.

Now the non Shelby Mach 1 model gets all the cooling (albeit still not the best), transmission, suspension, tires etc.

Slap an 8k supercharger and the supporting fueling mods it needs and it will be right there with a GT500 for 20k less.

I'd still take the GT500 any day of the week, but in terms of $ per performance value the Mach is better.

mach 1 is pretty expensive already. Not sure it makes sense from a budget perspective but buying anything new and supercharging it is pretty stupid. I still did it so....

Too much misinformation.

“Mach 1 has always fit in between GT and whatever the performance derivative was at the time,” Mustang brand manager, Jim Owens, told Ford Authority executive editor, Alex Luft, in a recent interview. “Now, the Mach 1 is positioned between the GT and GT500, but it drives much closer to the GT500 from a handling standpoint. It’s above the PPL2… like, an entire step above it. We’re not going to offer PPL 2 because of it.”

Update: Ford has reached out to say that Jim “mistakenly said GT500 when he actually meant to say GT350.” So take that into account as you read this story.

Along those same lines, I'd find a new GT350 and turbo it.....
Incorrect. Already addressed this issue

Yeah, in terms of re-sale the GT500 will hold up better than a supercharged Mach 1. Definitely will void the warranty and decrease the value by modifying it. And you are right, the brakes and suspension will be a huge plus. I wouldn't want to be pushing 600-700hp without brake upgrades, but thats just me.
That is correct. But I have purchased several Mustangs and sold them for more than I paid for them including my Bullitt, but without return on the supercharger. Drove them. Enjoyed them, put several thousand miles on them.

The "pushing 600-700 Horsepower without brake upgrades" Really? The '13-14 GT500 made 662 with the same brakes that are on a PP1 Mustang. Brakes are not required for horsepower as much as they are for handling and track work.

The fastest straight liners go with like bicycle brakes and a parachute lol. Id still stick with pp1 brakes though and I do think they are adequate after 33k miles of testing . actually I have upgraded 2 piece rotors since 15k miles so my opinion isnt totally valid
