The 2020 GT350 Heritage (Wimbledon White) was by no means a rare color as far as GT350's go in 2020. I think there were about 808 Heritage models produced in 2020 out of a total of 2180 GT 350's built. Rumor on some blogs was there was going to be a total of 1965 GT350 Heritage models built with 25% being R's but covid slashed production. Over 50% of all R's were Heritage models. The GT350R Heritage Edition is not "rare" when compared to 2020 GT350's but it is one of the rarest colors amongst all Mustangs produced in 2020. It is now one of the most collectable Mustangs you can find.

IMO Ford will follow the same model for the GT500 HE.

I have no special source or have any confirmed firsthand knowledge, but I have read about the limited production of 2022 on other sites than the one I posted. The GT500 HE Package will be the most ordered package for GT500 this year just like the HE package was for the 2020 GT350.

Brittany Blue will be the rarest color on a mustang this year unless they sell a bunch of coastal limited packages. It will also be the most desired color for the GT500. (Ballpark numbers for effect) At ~2,500 out of ~150,000 that is less than 2% in Brittany Blue. If production keeps getting cut with line closures the numbers will be less.

2022 GT500 and a few others
Well I’ll have a CFTP HE with painted stripes if some luck happens,
Otherwise it’s Eruption green with no stripes and a black roof.
I’ll be happy either way.

I tend to agree with the statement Brittany Blue will not be a rare color for 2022 GT500s but will be a rare color for overall Mustangs produced for 2022. My guess is you will not see many out on the road in your daily driving around. I have seen only one 2020 HE GT350 driving around HTX. I would say in any given month I see 2-3 GT350s and maybe one GT500.

@Houston Kid I just noticed this, but I think you can actually delete the HE Base and HE CFTP options since those are covered by all the other variants.
They are but I was also interested in the number of HE cars vs all cars. If that makes sense. If I remove them no way to know the difference between HE and non HE cars.

Wouldn't the "HE Base Vinyl", ".....Painted" and "HE CFTP Vinyl", "......Painted" options cover that?

I meant the two options that are strictly "HE Base" and "HE CFTP". No biggie either way, just my OCD.

I am not sure if you can do a stripe delete on the HE. If you cannot then yes, certainly repetitive.

It will also be a rare color for GT500'S across the entire GT500 production of all years 2020 -2022 (23?).

I am guessing the list has reached it max unless some new members join.
