How long did it take and where do I call to complain?

I already prepaid all maintenance so I'm not sure what the points can even do for me... but it's the principle.

Took 3 weeks. If you don't need maintenance you can use points to buy Ford parts and accessories as well.

Okay I'm an idiot, I actually picked up my car on the 10th of last month. The 17 date I had in my head was my 2019 order placement.

I should've had these points already. Where's my pitchfork?

Edit: I'm actually a massive idiot. I thought I "activated" the car at the dealer and just assumed that command prompt was to start the car when looking at the app. It's done, will await the points now... ignore me

Well I happened upon a 2020 GT500 that was ordered and the person was unable to take it due to a health issues. Mine was awaiting allocations to be ordered. I got the call last night that it was mine if I wanted it...... I did!!!

Thanks. Big Worm Graphix did the stripes 4 years ago, both colors. Next best thing to painted stripes.
Good catch on the calipers, I can barely see them myself from that angle!
