The verdict is still out whether they stay on or not. 90% of the time (daylight, most night conditions) they do NOT glow and just look like a regular red trim ring. You have to use a camera flash to cause the "neon" effect. Regular LED parking lot lights, etc do not cause them to Glow as shown above. Car headlights light them up a little but still nothing like camera flash.

Each tire brand / model will feel slightly different with different level of road noise, etc. That being said, the ride on mine (MT street comps) is fantastic, very smooth

How wide is the wheel up front you are / will be running?
