I agree it was probably a known target, but you have to surveil someone to get a signal from the Fob. It isn't always broadcasting, but instead, a perp would have to be in proximity to capture the fob communication.

I guess it doesn't matter, the douche is dead. It would have happened a lot sooner in FL.

Darwinism only works if the individual does not breed before they meet their demise. If they breed and then die they have already passed on their genes and fulfilled their destiny from an evolutionary standpoint.
