Gt500 cats aren’t going to fit under the car at the end of LT headers.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard of issues with high power and cats. Was hoping hi flow ones were ok. I wonder what stainless works has to say about this. Also how much louder will my car be ? I got stainlesss works long tubes hi flow cats and catbacks

As a guy who's about to go boosted, I have heard the "Green" Kooks cats are about the only ones rated for boost. Is this the case or are even those cats subject to failure?

No. Those are the exact same construction as the OP’s. They will fail as well.

I've seen them fail at less power then that. If it was me I'd probably remove them at that power level.

i prefer super high flow cats. they never fail.

Yeah after I had an engine problem because of a failed cat, my tuner highly recommend me to go catless to prolong the life of the motor!! The down side now is all the fumes in the garage and mad neighbors when I crank her!!!

Can someone link me to a part to replace my hi flow cats? I have Stainless works full exhaust system

I will be installing MAK or 2M cat deletes.
The passenger side bolts right up to the flange.
The driver side will need cutting of the cat and a flange welded in place, which will allow me to put it back for yearly inspection, then remove it after.
