What should I be looking for in 'rear window slope'?

Just make sure the glass is flush with the body near the top and doesn't slope down and have a gap

Checking the car out today, all was ok except for the rear window. The upper left corner of the rear window was not flush with the sheet metal, it was just a bit low but I could tell. Showed it to the dealer, they took pix and sent in to Ford. Ford replied that the rear window fit was still within tolerances and would not fix. After discussion with dealer they took an extra $750 off the price and I took the car home. Car drives great. Wheels are a bit dark since I was used to Bullitt style chrome rims. Now to enjoy the car.

If you're OK with that, $750 sounds pretty good to me.

^^^ Yeah, I would have taken $750 to live with a slight rear window mis-alignment. If it's not horrible nobody will notice it unless you point it out and they look back and forth between both corners. But still, Ford really needs to get this fixed on the 2016s IMO.

I like the 18" foundries, one of my fave styles. Don't see those too often. :)
