He's talking about bagging the car, so it's going to go LOW. Not my cup of tea (and I imagine not most of the people here) but it's his car, so more power to him for doing something different.
That's correct  Mr. Scofield will be bagging this car on 20" Vossen Forged VPS-310's.

We are able to build any Vossen Forged wheels specific to the GT350 here in our TUV verified facility. Please email us at [email protected] for a preffered dealer near you.

So is it photoshop? Hahaha

I was wondering if there was something other than Adobe...I guess I should've been specific as not to look like a complete noob. Like anything free would be nice.

I'm going to go crawl under a rock now

It's Adobe Photoshop ;) You can watch some tutorials to get you into some of the basics. It takes some time to get good at it.

Snapseed is a smartphone app that you can use, free, to do a lot of neat different photo editing tricks.

Why is it that people like looking at a slammed 350? That does absolutely nothing for me... but those wheels... I'd like to see them on a true ride height car, expecially an R.
Vossen Wheels, do you already have these in R specs? Could you give us a weight on them as well?
