Did you ever figure out how much boost you are running?

No, still don't have a mechanical gauge. I'll add the necessary PIDs to my next log and calculate it out. Now you have me curious!

Took my '15 performance pack Mustang to get dynod today and wanted to post up the results! 633/511

Overall, i'm pretty pleased with the power. I'll finish up the suspension next and move along with the driveline parts that are preventing me from actually using the power.

Power related mods
  • Vortech v3
  • Vortech BAP
  • ID1000 injectors
  • ARH 1-7/8X3" offroad headers
  • ARH 3" x-pipe
  • ARH Pure Thunder catback
  • Lund tuning, 93

Completed the Fore fuel system and Lund remote tuning, so got it on the dyno again. Only different past the fuel system and tuning is that i'm now running cats and a JLT intake. Unfortunately, did not dyno at the same place due to a couple reasons.

The original dyno was STD so kept it the same, though SAE was 698. New STD numbers are 721/606 on E85.

Dope setup. Running a v3 si on my 2017 GT right around 650 rwhp. Just purchased the fore innovations dual pump system and upgrading my 1000cc fuel clinic injectors to 1300cc ID. Hoping for ~750 rwhp on e85

What blower are you using right now? Also, are you saying that with all of that my v3-si wont go much further? At some point if I want 1000+ will be looking at a pair of twins or the vortech v7-ysi.

i believe the v3jt is for 2018 mustangs and up

V7JTB. The v3jt is the Paxton 2200sl, pretty sure it works on the Gen 1 and Gen 2 setups as well. The v3jt will get you a bit more, but will not go 1000. To get there you will need something oil fed.

Thanks bud, looking on Vortechs website and looks like they have stepped up their 1000+hp game with some new blowers. Will need to look into those. I love vortech, but a pair of twins might be calling my name at some point...

the v3si is pretty efficient to about 750-800 wheel on a coyote, i wouldn't worry about changing a head unit until you build an engine

Is the Paxton novi 2000sl better than a vortech v3si?
