Vortech/paxton carbon fiber inlet duct

New here and new to the platform. Purchased a 2016 GT California special end of last summer. Currently running a Vortech supercharger that only has a screen on it which is the way I purchased it. Looking to install the carbon fiber inlet duct made by Vortech and the jlt blow through kit. My question is there are two threaded holes on the back of the duct. Can I just get some sort of plug for these since I won’t need them? Or is there something I will need to run to them.
