Vors DG38 good value or junk?

I need to go with a bigger set of rear wheels on my car. Currently I have PP wheels on it, and honestly that was one of the reasons I got the PP, I really like the wheels> Sadly they are only a 9.5" and need to go with probably an 11" to correctly fit a 315mm tire on them. I found these and couldn't find any reviews on them or the company. These look like the OEM PP wheels, so it would be nice to order just 2 instead of having to swap my whole set, but these wheels are "cheap" which normally indicates lower quality.
