Welcome to “the club”; NJ implemented same end of last week...
Someone explain how liquor stores are considered “essential” though....
I honestly don’t see how small non-essential Business Owners will survive prolonged shut-down (COVID19 isn’t going to get resolved in 30 days... maybe not even 60)... let alone the Employers who can’t afford to pay and retain non-working employees. The unemployment counts are already adding up very quickly and most State’s unemployment aid does not match the salary of what someone was making at a higher level....
World wide, this COVID19 is causing major economic financial impacts.
For those reading this from a State that has not implemented any such shut down yet, be prepared because it’s coming... that’s the only way to stop the spread - social distancing and isolation. The COVID19 maps are showing increased counts daily.
COVID-19 is a particularly nasty version of Coronavirus. Yes, one form of Coronavirus is the basis of the common cold, which by the way still has no cure. Just like a cold sore is Herpes Simplex 1. But a related version, Herpes Simplex 2 is something completely different. You don't want that one. Just because the common cold and COVID-19 are both in the same class of virus doesn't mean COVID-19 should be trivialized.
