Asking for help on this one guys. Brand new 2019 GT. I'm experiencing an engine noise that occurs under similar conditions as the 2k rattle, but It *only* occurs after the car is fully warm, consistently after 20+ minutes of driving... and It takes 20 minutes of driving.

In the video, all I'm doing is holding 2300 rpm and tapping the throttle with my foot, and then releasing. It will occur throughout the entire RPM band but not on deceleration, or a significant of enough acceleration. It's much louder in person.

In this video, you can briefly hear the 2k rattle mixed in.

That is normal, I know it doesn't seem that way but it is.

What makes you think it is normal?

My RPM band sounds like a flock of birds that had a child with cardi-b.
I've been unable to see it reproduced in another vehicle.

Timing components? Chirping tensioners? Possibly cylinder noise/ring expansion?

Transmission up to temp?

With all the noises the 18-19's have been plagued with, it's easy to lose sight of what a healthy engine sounds like.

This is a healthy engine. 4:30 mark.

Maybe I am not able to hear what you are hearing due to sound compression and mic sensitivity of your phone. That is why it sound "normal" to me. My GT has the 2k rattle sound that I can reproduce by holding RPM's around 2000-2300. Another fluttering metallic sound I hear is when I and holding RPMs around 2K and let go of the gas, I hear a flutter sound. The sound you are hearing I am not able to hear.

The sound I hear does occur under the same conditions as you describe. It sounds like the 2k rattle until the car is fully warm, and then it becomes a loud chirping flutter. Or it may solely be a separate noise. I believe it's in the timing components. I'm going to install MMR's timing chain tensioners and rails in a few weeks. I'll share my results.
