Did any of you guys mount these bumpers on a GT Premium? I just checked my stock tire + stock ride height clearance and it looks like the belly pan sits lower than the bumper itself. I've been bouncing DMs back and forth with waltematech to see what his non-lowered bumper height is as he's riding on 18s with pretty slim tires.

When they (whatever bodyshop you used) paint the hood, do they blend it with the fenders too? If so, that's probably a no go for me since I have PPF already on the entire front. Not sure it will look quite right just painting the hood itself.

mine is stock pp1 front with the eBay one piece splitter on the bottom. Here’s a pic of my height. And I’m on BMR drag springs as well

Those springs are 1.2" lower in the front.

Ideally I'm looking to see what the setup looks like (road to bumper height) with someone who has the gt500 bumper, similar drop and tires combo.

Does this hood provide extra clearance underneath? I'm looking to room a boss intake and will need additional height clearance.

I can say with out a doubt that the front is very close. I had to put felt stoppers on the inside because when adjusted properly, it would slightly rattle because it was hitting in a couple spots

100% depends on what body shop you use…

+1 to this… looking to do both the Vicrez GT500 bumper & hood on the 2022 GT Prem PP/Mag I have on order. Curious to see ride heights on a 22 w/PP & this bumper.

New to the forum, have a feeling this place is going to be detrimental to my wallet lol

With a boss manifold? Or what was your setup?

Same here man! I registered on the forum before buying the car, but after I finally found my 20' 5.0 I'm already looking at the Vicrez GT500 bumper and the hood too.

So my colleague at work told me his GT500 has a 4" clearance according to the book. He's running on 20" rims with 305/30R20 rims and tires. DOH!

That means for me running 19" rims with 275/35R19 in the front, and a 0.5" drop, the front bumper will be about 1" closer to the ground. No way I'm going to try driving around here with a 3" gap between the ground and the bumper.

Here I was thinking I was going all stylish with the RIms, Tires and 0.5" drop combo I selected.

Looks like I will have to rethink this.

Does anyone have pics of just the GT500 hood on an S550 GT Premium? I'll need to rethink this whole damn kit and kaboodle LOL

Are you familiar with Big Worm? They are super popular with people on this forum, typically with great reviews. I ask because they have a narrow stripe and a wide stripe. I’m curious if that’s because they changed thickness at some point? The old AC Cobra had wide ones and it seems the GT500s do too…?
Hello,

Any idea how the vents/rain tray compare to factory? If one wanted to use the Ford Performance carbon fiber vent, or the 'Python' vent I saw on another forum, would they fit?
