I feel like having an extremely low car in California is a bit tricky. I already have to be careful as every time I pull out onto a street, the front scrapes horribly. Gotta take every slight bump at a 45 deg angle! haha
Yeah. I wouldn't want mine even a half inch lower. In addition to scrapes, stock clears standard height curbs by about that.

I would love to change spring rates but so far haven't seen options that don't lower the car or give up travel with a spacer. Principle of the thing. No reason to have to compromise either height or travel to change the rate. Not interested in coil-overs.

lil update: finally was able to get my hood to my painter. For anyone looking into this hood. My painter said the hood was by far the best aftermarket hood he has ever had to paint and better than most factory replacement hoods. Had two small high spots and my little spot that will have a lil mud (yes, I am super OCD). Other than that the hood was perfect. Hood was sanded down and primer will take care of any other issues before paint. As for the quick latches, I am waiting till after paint and install to determine where the pins would mount. I did order all new hardware for center vent as it included hex head silver bolts for vent and nuts and bolts for rain tray. Vent will be mounted with allen head bolts and anodized green aluminum tapered washers, rivet nuts will be attached to vent and rain tray will have knurled round head thumb bolts for easy install and removal when needed. Like I said OCD. LOL. I will add updated pics of all when completed.

Your side skirts look like you have them mounted on the wrong sides.
Yes I'm sure of it now, I have cervinis and the upright fin is toward the rear tire. Go look at their site. I know yours aren't cervinis but they clearly don't look right. just trying to help you out. Switch them and you will see what I mean. Big wide end goes to the rear.

Likely what you’re picking up on is that they stick out a bit too far… that’s because on the GT500 the fenders are 2” wider than on the Ecoboost, so it gives the illusion of them being out too far. Trust me, they are on correct.

I got the Quik-Latch QL50 (2.5" round). Have not drilled or installed yet.

Beautiful. Are you considering a different wheel set-up?

Keep us informed when you do. I'm heavily considering using them as well but I'd like to know where exactly they mount to the radiator support.
