@VelossaTech - Have I removed enough from the grill (2020) :

And do you have a stockist in the UK that can get me one real quick (like Thursday ...) ?

Thanks :like:

Did you sand it down? Looks very good and smooth... can’t answer your question but I’m looking to do the same

Mask all the front of the grill off and lay it face down.

Started with a belt sander. Be careful as the plastic gets hot real easy and melts / smears so work over a large area and keep the thing moving.

Once it had broken through, P80 on a sanding block to level it all off.

Finished with a medium wet n dry paper on a small orbital sander.

Everything done from behind so no chips or scratches etc on the front :

Be patient, I reckon there’s about three hours work in that ...

Hope that helps ?

Hey fellas! Been slammed busy. We are almost done. We had a test fitter come in and I really wanted to re-do a few things. After much work we have a ground up design that I think is going to be stellar in appearance and performance. Sorry for the delay, I just want this to be perfect. It's my OCD lol

So there will or won’t be any grille mesh over the intake?
wouldn’t want a sparrow flying in during high speed runs

Sweet. I hear you, I just refactored hundreds of lines of code, that nobody will see, and that won't have any real user facing changes - just because (well, it was just not modular enough, and I didn't like some implementation details, which was more or less, just code aesthetics ..)

Waiting to click order on a set in orange (for Orange Fury).

BTW, did the drivers side wind up with any changes for MY18+, we know it "fit", and it was the passenger side with issues[?]

That's up to you, they supply the ducts, and you supply the grill - so you can just leave it as is, open the mesh like the guy did just above, completely cut it out, etc.

FWIW, I'm going to buy an aftermarket grill, basically a stock replica without the pony, then completely cut out the corners (leave the center mesh intact).

Looks like they have amended the air box side a little for the 2018+, it looks a little more 'pointy' :like:

Will this work with a Cervinni's grille?

Yes! I think it does too, I wasn't even going to mention it, but I looked the designs a bit longer, and it appeared to be a touch different.
