Any pics that show that red interior a little more?![]()
i have finally joined this illustrious group. That color just pops in person.
Don't know what's on that car but I bought my high temp epoxy Velocity Blue caliper paint from G2. They didn't offer it before and it took a lot of effort to get them to add it to their offerings because for some reason they would not sell any color that some supposedly independent company from G2 sold the color as regular paint. So, I had to first convince that company to add Velocity blue to their line of paints. What kind of caliper paint is this?

This is my first time using the Gyeon products but so far I'm happy with the results.
I was previously using Zaino Brothers polish since 1999. Time to change things up
Its all in the prep!

here's the info I got from their rep before I started the process...Looking GREAT. What did you use for Ceramic Coating the Trim? is the first time using as i want long term advise?

Thanks for the Tips.... I will let you know once i decide. Have been using Chemical Guys Gel and has been working great especially on the Ford Explorer Limited that i have also that has a lot of trim.here's the info I got from their rep before I started the process...
Gyeon MOHS Evo is best applied to vehicles bare surface with no other polishes, waxes, or oils applied prior. The best way to get the most out of the coating is to complete and full strip wash, followed by a chemical decontamination, followed by a clay baring of the surface, and finally onto the polishing step. Once polishing of the vehicle has been complete, it is imperative to use a panel wipe such as our Gyeon Prep; this will remove any residual polish oils and leave the surface bare and primed to receive the coating. Iāve attached a couple of videos down below that have a few tips and tricks to applying a coating. Feel free to check them out & let me know if you have any questions!
I followed this to the T and very happy with results. Same applies to the trim.
Hope this helps. We'll see how long it lasts. I used one coat for paint and trim. It's supposed to last up to 3 years with proper maintenance. I also bought Gyeon Quartz Ceramic Detailer for maintaining the coating. I originally ordered these through the Gyeon USA web site. Shipping was expensive. Amazon also has these and with Prime membership shipping is free. Same cost as Gyeon's web site for products.
