NICE. Thanks for the heads-up.Dealer said can’t get new bolts without buy new valve cover. We drilled out the deleted bolts and added the new ones. The factory bolts seem to bottom out and still leak. Went to hardware store and got generic bolts and it quit leaking
Here’s the TSB for those that need it:TSB 19-2260 is about adding the deleted bolts
Before the TSB came out I had mine replaced under the powertrain warranty. Is this TSB covered under 3/36 bumper to bumper or 5/60 power train warranty? I am still under the powertrain only.
Did you get resolution? My dealer installed the additional bolts and replaced the gaskets at least twice on my car, and I just found that the plug seals on the driver's side (two closest to the firewall) are leaking. Of course, I'm no longer in the warranty period.
Does anyone have a shop manual for removal of the valve cover and installation of new plug seals?

I did find these, the other day. I decided to just put the raw aluminum valve covers on, and get the Ford Blue coil covers.Did you get resolution?
Did you do the work, or did you have it done?I just had my 2015 replaced with the Ford GT500 aluminum covers. The kit came with new bolts gaskets and new oil cap. Was around $300.
I did try to tighten the blots first, it worked for few days but then started to leak even worse.
My installer said the original plastic covers were warped.
