Anyone know what low mileage factory headers/cats go for on the used market? I can’t seem to find anything online very easily...

I think the only people you'll find who will buy them are likely people who are selling their cars and want to take their aftermarket headers off and go back to stock. That's a lot of work, so they are probably few and far between. If you think you may want to do something similar you might as well just keep 'em until that time. Good luck with whatever route you choose, though.

As long as the converters are attached they should be worth that as scrap. Some are worth more. Its pretty common around where i live thieves go around at night and cut converters off cars to sell to scrap dealers

A local scrapper offered me 75. I'm sure if you hunt around you can probably find someone near you to take them off your hands. Or can go to a scrap yard yourself.

Garbage unless you're in Portland Oregon where people steal cats for meth.

One of my friends put aftermarket cats and long tubes on his F150. He passed inspection but was pulled over at a sobriety check point and was fined $15,000 for anything other than stock cats. After he replaced everything with new manifolds and Y pipe, the fine was dropped to $1,500. He was written on a Federal law and not a state law also.
it's against federal law to modify any part of the smog equipment in any state

So the Feds are conducting sobriety check points? What branch? EPA? FBI? DHS? DEA?

This doesn't pass the smell test.

You can replace bad cats and they don't have to be the same as what the factory put on. As long as they function the same.
