V6 aftermarket plans and tunes

I recently decided to get the v6 mustang over my pre-ordered ecoboost PP, which costs 4 thousand dollars more. So, now i have 4 grand extra to spend ......... My first and definite idea was to get 19x10 in rims on all sides with summer performance tires, then a 93 octane tune (tell me if you have any insight if it will increase hp to the ground), a cold air intake (but i can't find any besides C&L), resonator delete w/ less restrictive mufflers (hoping to get gains similar to that of a cat back system), and finally after a year of driving i will be installing a centrifugal supercharger...... I just need this car to make atleast 300hp/tq to the ground :help::help::help:
