Using oil problem!!! What do?

So every three thousand miles or so i am down a quart or a quart and a half. I have read that this can be "Normal" for a high revving engine like this but I have my doubts, although I am not a mechanic.

I have also heard other owners saying that they dont use any oil at all.

So what is the deal here?

Is there a fix from ford ?
