Drained the Upr Dual Valve catch can today among other basic service and was surprised to see the can is filled up with a diesel like constancy for oil,Not alot by any means at least for not how much I pound on this car but it came out smelling like liquid fuel and looked like dirty paint thinner.Does this seem to be normal, could it be excess fuel vapor being recirculated some how through the crank case/intake.

What does solid fuel smell like? Asking for a friend!

On a serious note, some fuel vapor is indeed making it past the rings and into the crankcase. It's relatively normal on all engines, but seems to be a little more prevalent on boosted DI engines. It's nothing to worry about and sounds like yours is normal.
