So Ford have put the price up. Where do we stand having already put down a deposit?

And the configurator still comes up with the old price.

I have an order form which details the vehicle specification at the time of order plus the purchase price and my deposit. That, in conjunction with the Customer Order Price Protection outlined on the price list, should mean that I pay the price as at 22/2/15.

Of course we know that we weren't actually placing orders back then, merely reservations, but it would still be way out of order to put the price up retrospectively.

Price rise is a bit concerning. I wondered if this would happen.

Love the fact the price has gone up on a vehicle that no one has seen yet

I think Ford have looked at it and realised the have priced the basic retail price far to low.

Im sure the official reason will be manufacturing costs or some other BS.

Is the price increase maybe for 2016MY cars? They've maybe sold the allocation for the 2015 production run.

Relax lads. Just got a message from the sales manager telling me not to worry as the original price is what I pay. The amount locked in at the time of the deposit.
