When and how did you talk to her? I'm curious what else she or the other builders would have to say.
It was in January 2021.
You can reach her out in Facebook. she is a sweet person, for sure she will answer all your questions.

I'm actually eager to see how GM goes about it with the Z06 5.5 FPC. They already had welds separating on the chassis which they already addressed by more dampers.
If Ford was having such a difficult time at 5.2L, I can only imagine GM at 5.5.

yeah, seems like flat plane crank is not that easy engine to build.
Just to have an idea... Ford never wanted that dealer technician put hands on those engines, they preferred to replace the entire engine instead to fix them. Crazy, eh?

I feel it's been that way for any hand assembled engine from them (96 Cobra and beyond)

From Sources at Ford. There is the Gen 1 Block from 2015 to 2018, the Gen 2 Block, the 19 and 20 GT350's and the GT500 block is Gen 3. Did not get into specific differences between the last 2. Same casting but some differences in configuration is what I'm assuming

When I asked why so many issues in previews models (2015-2018):
“We’ve had so many issues with design in that motor. It’s hard to pin point”
I surprise that anybody would release this kind of statement to the public.

This is even more confusing. Until now we've been tolled that Voodoo '19-20 received Predator's block. The statement above indicates opposite.

Carrie Booth and Dan Larsen built my motor. She ain't getting fired over her comments. Mostly because they're true. Ford dinked around with running changes all they way to the end. From oil coolers to oil filters to new ring /piston packs to everyone gets the same motor.

Saying the truth like that in public get you in trouble in the corporate world. Just saying.

Releasing this kind of statement to the public, I'll be surprise if she still working for Ford.
Yeah, I edited my post, but I can’t edit where you quoted me. My bad...
Anyway she never told me something we don’t know, or something that Ford had not said before. They had to improve that engine because those issues, and everybody knows about it. Anyway, next time it’s better do not share any info to avoid misunderstandings.

Yes and no. The 19/20 did get the Predator block. But what happens after its cast may mean different things. Its not confusing to me but, I dont have a lot of info to go by
