Two exhaust bills to be heard on March 25th!

AB390 - this is to restore the "fix it ticket" for "loud" exhaust violations:

AB210 - this is to move the smog exemption year from 1975 to 1983.

Both of these bills are going to be heard on March 25th. If you haven't already, contact your assembly members and encourage them to support these bills. This is our chance to do our best to rectify some of the things that we have grown to loathe about Kalifornia. Also, to a lesser degree, it sends a message that we are not going down without a fight!

Update: AB210 failed, but no surprised there to be honest.

On the flip side, AB390 (The exhaust volume/fix it ticket issue) passed. This does not mean it's law yet, so continue to contact your assemblyperson.

What the passing did is allow it to go to a vote by the Assembly Committee on Appropriations.
