Interesting. It looks like there are not the gauges for oil pressure and vacuum on the dash? Or am I seeing it wrong?
Regardless, it looks very good. Better than I imagined. Now the wait.

You are seeing right, we pay top dollar in Australia for a GT with stripes that looks like a Mach 1 but not really.

You are seeing right, we pay top dollar in Australia for a GT with stripes that looks like a Mach 1 but not really.
When I was there years ago I rented a Falcon. It was actually a really cool car. Drove it to Lightning Ridge. Great trip. Ford was pretty much THE U.S. car maker back then. Is this still the case?

Here is a pic from the brochure. It does not show the gauge pack. But you may get the Safe & Smart as standard equipment. I think the person responsible for the feature pack on your cars got kicked in the head by a kangaroo. :facepalm: :giggle:

My guess is that the volume in AU is so small that Ford didn't want to make 2 different dashboards since you guys drive on the wrong side of the road : )

Kind of sucks we can't get two stage back up light in the states. I may have to detour via Earth City, MO on the way back to TX and stop by Diode Dynamics to see if the one for the GT fits.

Suggestion is these two cars are Ford Australia vehicles so likely to be used as press cars or demonstrators. Sequential number plates and not visible on the VicRoads database being the give away. One with Recaros one without...
