Hi all,

I am looking for some boost ramp strategies. Even some tips and tricks to give me a good staring point at the track. I recently installed a Boost Leash with CO2. Track is a poorly prepped 1/8 mile track.

I’ve read about having all the boost ramped in before the 60’. Also to have it all ramped in before 1 sec.

I am new to boost ramps and I am trying to see what works and what don’t.

Thank you.

I would start with one stage and a target peak boost, then only change the ramp rate, until you find what gets you out to the 60'. Then add a 2nd stage near the 60ft time, and increase the ramp rate/ boost on that stage to ramp in boost faster and higher from there.

Hopefully you know what gate pressure translates to what boost pressure.
I haven't used a boost leash, but it looks simple enough.

Hi Mark,

Good idea to keep it simple. I think that’s a good idea to just keep target boost set and change the ramp rate.

Your 60’ will get you your ET.

Thanks.
