NVM their opposite trends.

Stock tune is 10-15% rich at low airmass and normal only at higher airmass. trend is getting leaner.

JLT is 25-30% lean at low air mass and 10-15% lean at high air mass. trend is getting richer.

Kinda seems like injector data is not right. They might have contol, just not seeing what they expect as the injectors you said you are using are not the ones they are thinking of. I was mostly interested in seeing if they actually changed something with a revision.

And yes, comparing MAFs from both logs its about a 95% change.

Confirming they made the correct expected change.

I had a set of LU47's that I could not tune. I waited too long and they were out of return window, so I tossed them in the trash. Chinese junk if you ask me.

Interesting. Thought the lu47 were one of the best injectors for stock fuel pump and NA / low boost. Bought mine from lethal

They aren’t the best. They were a go-to in the Ford / Mustang community because they are cheap and they usually work for moderate applications. But there’s nothing really high-end about them. There are some far better options for E85 capable injectors like from Injector Dynamics.

Got mine from Lethal also. They are made in China.

I got a set of knock off NGK spark plugs from O'Reilly's too.

Yes looks like they added 30% like they said.

Didnt see any change in fuel trims.

Not sure what else they could do for you.

OG vs R1 added 30%.jpg

So any ideas on what the issue could be? I really doubt it's the injectors. The stock air box seems to be great.

My guess is a bad fuel pump or clogged filter. It usually looks the same as bad injector data, because the inffer pressure data becomes inaccurate to the actual rail pressure. its nice the 18+ cars has a sensor now.
It certainly seems fuel system related.
The rich idle on your stock intake tune, doesn't let me think your car was great before the intake.
Seems like something was being compensated for in the higher airmasses.

I can't see all changes they made in the calibration. But it certainly seems like they were tring the right things.

Did a quick search and couldn't find anything on replacing the mustang gt fuel filter. Is it a hard job? And is there any way to test the fuel pump?

As far as I know the S550 Only has a sock filter that attaches to the fuel pump.
