The attached TSB pertains to the 2019 F150 and Mustang 5.0.

Quoted issue:

Issue: Some 2019 Mustang and F-150 vehicles built on or before 8-Jan-2019 and equipped with a 5.0L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P1289 and/or P017D stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may bedue to the cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor. To resolve the condition, replace the CHT sensor.

I’m stock got the car used anyways my cylinder head temp keeps going above 220 is that normal is like 70 degrees not even pushing the car . :/

Depending on conditions, 220 or a little over is just fine. 230/240 not so much.

Just because you bought it used doesn’t mean you do not have a warranty. Your 5/60 drivetrain warranty is still in effect.
