Tried to buy a bronco sport

Tried to buy a bronco sport badlands! Dealer said Ford won’t let him sell them for another couple month! WTF! He said Ford gave them the Broncos to get people on the lots!

Thats weird. I know of 2 Ford dealers that are selling Broncos and 1 CPO dealer that has one.

I’ve called all the dealers in my area! They all say on hold till may. The first dealer said it has to be on his lot 4 months or have 4000 miles on it. I’m not buying one with 4000 miles on it sold as “new” lol

Do you mean a full sized Bronco or the pint sized Sport version? I am guessing the real Bronco since cars .com has about 5k listed for sale of the Sport. I believe the full sized Bronco starts production this month.

It’s the sport getting it for my wife. I’m hoping Ford puts a coyote in the full size one. Then I’ll get me one of those!

I know for a fact the 4-door Broncos have been out and about for a bit now. Even saw a used one for sale.

Being a prior owner of a FSB 87 and 94, I’d never buy any Retro Bronco unless it’s a 2-door, like its heritage. The same can be said, I’d never buy that POS MachE or a 4-door Mustang.

Ford turning everything into a 4-door is BS. If I wanted a 4-door SUV, there’s the Explorer or the Expedition that fits the need perfectly.

The Bronco has not been produced yet, but the smaller "Sport" has been out since Jan. and I believe they only come in 4 doors. Waiting to go see a full sized Bronco (4 door) when one is available to test drive. Hopefully by May.

No the dealer has 4 on the lot! Has one just the spec I want. He said Ford won’t let him sell them until may! I’ve called all the dealers who had the spec I wanted got the same answer! It’s the badlands fully loaded with the steely wheels.
