Perhaps the factory peddle setting is off. With the car off(duh) put it in first and use your foot to lift up on the peddle from underneath. Then press down on the clutch. You should hear/feel a "pop" as it adjusts. This should lower the bite point.

Going to try it...if I let out the clutch just a hair too quick it jerks like crazy

This. I have to really balance the gas and clutch to be smooth. Especially between 1 st and 2 nd It does seem to like it better if shifting very quickly

I thought it was me since I took a 20+ year hiatus from manuals, but the Tremec 3160 is precise and notchy - especially downshifting at low speeds. I'm at just over 800 miles on my 350 and I can definitely notice it smoothing out. Still have to be precise - this car demands you know how to drive it, but it gets smoother every day. (or is it teaching me to be a better driver?).

Would you guys recommend the Steeda Cluth spring mod? I personally liked the way my 2014 Clutch feels, I drove a 2018 and that was wayyyy to light didnt feel like I was pushing anything.

Something is wrong. This is the best clutch/transmission engagement and shifting I have ever owned.

You can't baby the transmission...I find it you drive it hard its actually smoother. I will say after 1700 miles it's less notchy and much better.

I now have 2000+ miles on the car and both the clutch and gearbox are brilliant now, they just needed time to bed in.

Same here. Maybe that’s why it pairs so well with the voodoo, a motor that likes to rev and be driven hard

Ok so with all this loosening up and bedding in, anyone think we need to change the gearbox oil?

Regarding the biting point, I guess it’s me but I always adjust my seat position so that the biting is at the same place. Unless I’m not understanding the nomenclature.
