Congrats on all your success. How did you like the Viking Shocks?
Thank you!
Curtis / Mustang Mods on here, in my first conversation with him trying to figure things out for the track said the Viking shocks were the single most important things in stopping his wheel hop. (And he 60’s better than every other street car I’ve seen in here)
My first visit to the track I had one clean pass and then three that had too much wheelhop and had to get out of them, it was frustrating! I only had part of the pieces with the BMR cradle lockouts and vertical links that visit.
I put the shocks on and now my launches have been no drama hooking and consistent with 1.53 60’s so far on a worse track prep with more moisture that night.
It was nice not to have to battle trying to hook and sorting out the tune during the same passes.
Onward and upward!

Are the shocks noisy in your opinion?
Negative, no noise on mine and I was listening for it after reading a lot of the reviews on here.

What are the setting on your Viking Shocks.
That is one Bad Ass Street Car!
I’ve heard good results on a car with 6/10 and another using 8/13. I went with the 8/13 on this track night.

For the street I went to 3C/R5.

How are they on the street? In your opinion would they be a viable option for a daily that spends 98% of it's time on the street?

My car is also 98% street (except for the last 2 weeks lol), it will get a ton of miles but I don’t have enough on with the Viking shocks yet to answer honestly. The 3C/5R setting feels very similar to the stock shocks on my Eibach springs.
I will keep updating as I get more time with them, I’m hoping they last long, don’t rattle and keep performing.

Just curious about other upgrades done to the car. Do you have stock axles still on the car. I see it pulling the nose pretty good on the launch.
Great looking passes!!
