When I first got my car back in Nov. I didn't touch the radio or any settings. After getting tired of the "911 notification is turned off" every time I started up the car, I turned off this notification.
Ever since then every time I get in the car, crank it up, set radio to my BT for Pandora (home screen is then up) and then put it in reverse and back out of the driveway. Every time I come out of reverse, this screen is up:

Touching the home button does nothing. I have to select one of the on screen selections, and then I can go back to the home screen. Is this another setting I need to do?
Sorry for posting in this section instead of under electronics, but I'm going in for the 10,000 mile oil change this week and if it is a warranty issue that requires a reflash I need to know asap.
Edit to add: I have my Droid sync'ed for phone calls, but I'm using my work iphone on blutooth for music since we have unlimited data at work.
Please excuse the dusty dash and screen. Most of this crap is from my cheap sun shield I bought at Advance auto. The cloth edge is falling apart leaving crap everywhere.

That definitely isn't right. You might have an out-dated version of sync. (I got mine in November as well). I have 3 options on the bottom too "i" "home" and "settings". ( I guess that could be because you don't have Sirius service anymore)

Spoke with the service mgr today. He did a battery disconnect while they changed the oil to see if that makes a difference. If not he said they would do a reflash and if that didn't work he would have the unit replaced under warranty.
I do have to drop it off for the front brake squeal TSB, so I'm going to give it a few days and see what the radio does so they can try the next step while they have the car all day.
