Well after enough dyno testing, we were comfortable enough to head out to the track with our 2018 GT. As you guys already know it just got a Procharger HO system installed last week, and we have been putting in hours on this thing on the dyno. We first ran out of fuel pump and thankfully we turned to the guys at JMS for a Fuel Pump Voltage booster. Then back to the dyno we went found some more Horsepower and Torque, and then off to the track we went.
We knew the first track outing was going to be a learning experience and while it was exactly that, we came back with a lot of great data, and some very promising results.
We discovered a few areas that need improvement, mainly our 1/8th mile. Our MPH shows to be very promising and our 60fts are pretty decent with just BMR Springs. At the end of the night the car just did not want to give up a 10sec pass. As it ran 3 back to back 11.0 passes.
We know there is a lot left in it. We will be making some small changes and head back to the track soon...
