right through the ppf?? :( damn Its a small scratch though, it could have been much worse if you'd have hit another car

how much of your car is wrapped?
Like 2/3rds. I wish I got in front of the rear tires, all the way up. That area eats rocks big time.

I got the whole front end done, it was $800 more to do above the rear tires so I said no, i may regret that but its not taken any chips so far.

Thats my biggest regret with PPF. The front tires whip tons of shit into that bump out, and it's getting wrecked, even with Rokbloks. Much sads.

In that case maybe do it before it does. Like @Duece McCracken says that area is a rock magnet. Best value I've got from PPF is in that area and IMHO the cost and hassle of a blended repaint etc with all the things that can go wrong far outweighs the cost of PPF.

It was a tough sell, 2100 for the entire front end and 800 for those two squares

we will see if it starts getting chipped I’ll get it filmed to at least keep it from getting worse

You can buy a couple sheets of clear ppf, and whip it on like a savage, until you can afford pro install.

Start selling plasma. I've bout to start. Mopar parts arn't cheap...

Just an update.

Mustang was winterized, battery pulled, cover on. Tires inflated to like 48 psi.

That front bubble and rear flat has me at a crossroads.

I either pay the big bucks and replace those two tires, just to have them uneven with the other two.

Or I have two options on course B.

B.1. Is I buy some kind of OEM takeoffs in the 305 square, or 305/315 variety.

B.2. Is I buy full on lightweight aftermarket rims and go 305/315.

Ugh, I've been modding my other vehicle, and trying to buy a house, so funds are a bit tight. If I can do something under like 4k, preferably like 1.5-2k, I think I can swing it.

I really need to manage my money better. I'm the worst.

Lightweight rims with 305/315 is the best move.

Going middle of the road with OEM wheels is still gonna be expensive, cheaper than aftermarket but not cheap enough to be worth the headache associated imo.

I say either fork out the cash for a new set with new rims and rubber or just replace the bad ones you have and hold the money for your house.

Up to you tho!

Tough decision there, but I would probably consider replacing all tires. Keep the one good rear and front as spares, in case you catch a flat.
