Tires for 19x10 and 19x11 6GR wheels

Just ordered a set of Project 6GR wheels in 19x10 and 19x11's. My car is waiting to have a Whipple Stage 2 installed. Should I run a 275/35/19 and 305/35/19 or 285/35/19 and 325/30/19? I'm lowered on Steeda mag ride springs.
I was considering running MT ET S/S in the rear and a higher mileage tire in front. Looking for tire recommendations.

Toyo R888R or Nitto R555ii. Toyos Hook in first with all nannies off at around 600rwhp no problem. Toyos are the better street tire (hook without a burnout above 70, corner, high speed tested above 186) that does everything great. Nitto will hook great and allow you to take them to the strip. Toyo's are loud af. Neither are that great in the rain and won't last more that 3-4000 miles in my experience those of the people who have reviewed them. You go higher in HP and want to hook with the nannies off you'll need a 17 or 15" drag radial.

Edit: 305/35/19 might be a problem with the toyos

I have the same set up 6GR sevens, with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 275/35/19 & 305/35/19 out back.
The rears burn down pretty quick

I run five spoke Project 6GRs:

19x10 with 35mm backspacing in the front and 19x11 with 50mm backspacing in the rear.

I originally had these mounted on them:

Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

I recently went with these:

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ ZP

I usually run them @ 35psi or so.

Any benefit to running a 325/30 vs 305/35? Looking to get the most contact patch.
