Kind of a bored OCD type post with the car being put away for storage soon but making plans for next spring......I have a 2018 PP1 and the stock tire sizes are below. I want to run something a little wider (but not shorter in diameter really if possible) but tire sizes above 275ish seem rather limited to retain similar tire diameter. I do run some track days and have been to the drag strip a couple of times. Michelin makes a 295/35 R19 (Overall Diameter 27.1) which is great for the front but the closest for the rear is 305/35 R19 (Overall Diameter 27.4). I know we are talking .3" of tire diameter difference in the rear but but in theory this would reduce some weight distribution to the front which already pushes in slower tight corners now. The up side is I would be adding 1.6" of width to the front versus 1.4" of width in the rear. The plan was to run 19X10 in the front and 19X11 in the rear, I like the Michelin's but not against trying another tire if anyone has any suggestions (Not a big fan of Nitto though). Also if anyone has a PP car and is running a square setup what size tires are you running and how does it handle on the track. Another option is to run 19X10 all around and 285/40/19 in the rear which would add roughly .5 of width in the rear and 265/40/19 in the front which would add .5 of width as well.

255/40ZR19
Section Width on Measuring Rim Width 10.20" on 9.00"
Overall Diameter 27.1
Tire Weight 28.59
Rim Width Range (Min/Max) 8.50" - 10.00"

275/40ZR19
Section Width on Measuring Rim Width 10.90" on 9.50"
Overall Diameter 27.7
Tire Weight 31.37
Rim Width Range (Min/Max) 9.00" - 11.00"

I don't think there is a need to stay as close as possible to the stock PP1 tire diameters front and rear. A lot of people run 285/35 or 275/40 all around. If you want staggered on 10s and 11s, 285/35 and 305/35 is popular and works fine.

Yes, tire selection is pretty crap for 295/35, 305/35 & 285/40. Going to a shorter tire doesn't cause any problems and gives you a lot more options. Square helps a ton with tire life, and probably handles better for typical setups.

If you want to get rid of the push in corners, go squared setup. To get an S550 to handle properly, you have to go square.
I had 19x10 with 285/35 square previously and am now 19x11 with 305/30 square.

The tire diameter realistically means nothing. If your new diameter is off 4% (26.02" vs 27.1") that means your miles will be off 4% as well. So in 100k miles, your ODO will only be off 4000 miles. That's nothing.

I was never highly knowledgeable on wheel spacing.
Can you run the same back spacing front and rear with 19X11's all around?

This is the wheel specs I was looking to run.

Wheel Specs
Size: 19x10
Backspace: 6.88"
Offset: +35mm

Wheel Specs
Size: 19x11
Backspace: 7.97"
Offset: +50mm

You have to mount a 1" spacer on the front to run 11"s on the front axle and still stay fully rotatable and square.

The wheels specs you listed for 10/11 staggered are pretty typical.

For street wheels, 10" square is the easiest (with 285/35 tires) because the backspace works for both front and rear w/o spacers on the front. 10/11" staggered is common but you can't rotate and I'm not sure the handling is as balanced. 11" square is overkill for the street. Doable and very fun, but overkill.

Does anyone have experience with offset of a square 19x10 setup (275 or 285 tires) that fits front and rear without goofy poke or inset? 40mm?

With 19x10 square, you can run 35 or 40mm and be fine front and rear, as @NightmareMoon said. For 19x11 square , you want around 50mm offset, 1" spacer up front, and extended wheel studs up front. Also as previously said, 305 square is overkill for the street but the best setup for the track.

Oh, and if you do go 305 square, you will need some front camber to make it fit. Around -2.0 should be enough.

Wider than normal 285's can be an issue in the front with +40. But a 5mm spacer solves it. I actually like that look as it makes for a more even fender space front and rear.

I plan to go with the Apex EC-7 19x11 ET26 front that will solve the need for spacers of extended studs. And plan to go with 295/30 as this is the only size Zestino offer for the track. Should be fast enough for me.

True, and nothing wrong with that. That'll fit just fine. The reason for spacers and studs is so you can rotate all the wheel/tires front or rear. Makes your tires last a lot longer.

Tire services in Bulgaria is super cheap and I'm rotating tires buy mouting/unmounting them now as well but yeah I understand why is needed I just don't like the idea of spacers on the track.
