Tire questions

Some of you seem to be running 305/30/19 instead of 305/35/19.
Any particular impact you felt (other than the slight change in perimeter probably affecting the speedo ?) ?
If no major issue, that opens to more tire choice at a lower price.

There are maybe 4 options none of them being a race tire in 305/35.

The r runs 305/30 front and 315/30 rear

You're lucky to have so many options in 305/35, Michelin will not even sell me the PSS over here.... Yes I know it's a french company, but this size is exclusively sold in US/CA
I can only have access to Pirelli PZero at a ridiculous price... :headbonk:

Availability. The RS3's that I run don't come in a 35 aspect ratio. So yes, I lose some wall and height and I'd dare even say the car now looks a little weird but it is what it is. I primarily focus on autocross so I wanted to go with a tire that fit my demands. I'll probably get wheels this year in '17 and throw my MPSS's back on my stock wheels.

Ok thanks, as long as there is no major issue with either the magnetic suspension setup or the traction control, then I'm happy to also run the 30
