Tire assumptions...

I have read way to many tire threads and my head is spinning. Im looking for a cheap set of rims (nothing sexy but effective) these would be the rims I use in the winter (same as OP)to fire the car up and drive in sub 40 degree weather every once in awhile.

Is there some ugly budget friendly set anyone would recommend? If you have a link I would greatly appreciate it.

LMR SVE has various series, I'm not sure if any and all 19" fit but the 20" definitely will. Look on ebay and find sellers who let you do free 30 day returns.
