I have a 2015 Roush stage 3 with Rosso 20x10 wheels. These are +40 offset Link:

https://www.customwheeloffset.com/b...-wheels?suspension=Stock&trimming=No+trimming

Currently there is 275/35/20 all around. I want to put 305s in the rear. I've searched around and seen some 20x10s with the same offset with 305s but the pics leave me wondering if they poke out past the wheel well. Anyone running this willing to take some pics of the rear or have experience with that set up to help me decide.

A 305 tire is pretty wide for a 10" wheel, generally too wide in most cases. A 285/35-20 would be much better suited to that 20x10" wheel you have. The +40 offset is good, but going with a tire that is too wide will cause it to roll over on the edges and poke, which could rub depending on how much you have lowered the car.

What tire do you currently run? Brand, not size. And why do you want to go wider? Is it for more grip, or appearance?

Currently running the stock Coopers in 275/35/20 that came on the Roush. Definitely need more grip. Was trying to compromise running a nitto 555r because I do daily drive the car. I have ran those in the past on other cars and I know they work ok in the rain and they run a little small. I may have to start looking into other options. Thanks for the feedback.

If you're just looking for more straight line grip, the 555r is a great choice for a street friendly radial. Not as much grip as the newer Mickey Thompson offerings, but they last longer and are better in the rain. In that case, the 305/35-20 would be a suitable option since they do run a tad small like you mentioned. Good luck!

I think I have decided that a 305/35/20 is not going to fit. I'm lowered 1 inch (standard Roush stage 3 suspension) and only have about .75 inch clearance as it sits with the 275/35/20s. I believe 305/30/20 will be about the same clearance but will poke out past the wheel well. Seems that a set of indy 500 295/30/20 will be the compromise. I'm a little worried that the shorter tire in the rear will look funny paired with a 275/35/20 in the front though.

Anyone have some pics of 275/35/20 out front and 295/30/20 in the rear? Curious if the difference between 27.6 diameter and 27 diameter is going to look odd.
