Stock 17 RS3 is 670hp. Over a year ago, did VMP's 730 hp kit, which is BAP, 82mm pulley, cooler Brisk plugs, and tuned with Ngauge and needed only 1 revision.
Then a month ago, decided to go with the Phase 2 Roush.
Both are right at 730 hp.
Only thing I needed to change was the 80 mm pulley, which I had, and the tune, which has to be done at a Ford dealer.
First time car had been to a dealer service center.
So the question was about plugs, both Brisk from the VMP and the Roush Phase 2 are the same heat range. Just getting opinions.
Sorry. Wasn't trying to derail your thread. I have no experience with the Brisk plugs. However, I've had zero issue with the Roush Phase 2 plugs with either the Roush or VMP tune.

I believe VMP would give you a free update tune since you bought their package with the ngauge. Just go to their website and submit a request for an update tune. I'm currently a stock Phase 2 727 (80mm) with a VMP tune. I just got their 767 HP kit (not installed yet). I only ordered the throttle body and the injectors as the Phase 2 had everything else. Then I went back to their website a couple days later and submitted a request for a free tune update. Got it in the mail within 1 or 2 days.

I wouldn't be surprised if your Phase 2 Roush tuned car has less HP than your stock RS3 with a VMP tune. I found the Roush Phase 2 tune to be very soft on power. The VMP tune was required to wake it up.

While I have had no issues with my VMP 730 hp tune, I must admit, I am more than a little nervous about all this EPA crack down and the N Gauge no longer supported, so I wanted to try the Roush Phase 2, which I kind of like as it get the 727 hp by 7K rpm. So far the weather has not been really great for trying this out yet.
The VMP tune is still in my N gauge, so if I ever want to go back, it's easy.
I though about the 767 hp kit, but I am having a hard time finding traction with the 730 hp, and those are crank hp number, not rear wheel.

I didn't know the ngauge was not more! Just did a couple quick searches..... Looks like it will continue to be supported, they just wont produce them anymore as the company went out of business.

Keep us posted and let us know what you think of the stock Phase 2 Roush setup with their tune compared to your current setup.

So what plugs and setup did you end up using?

Denso 5340's (ITV22) here.

2.5 years, probably 150-200 passes, and 15k miles on this set.

9psi/91 with Boostane octane additive at every track event/race. Changing them out shortly when I do my annual compression readings, and also moving up the boost/adding Ethanol.

OP here.
So I just left the Brisk RR14YS, gapped at .028-.030 with the Roush Phase 2 tune and really, I can't really tell a whole lot of difference.
Granted, the VMP tune was just their 730 crank HP kit and Roush phase 2 is 727 crank HP.
Sure, VMP could clank it way up, but for me, not needed.
Hard enough to keep car headed in the right direction at the 727 hp.
I actually like the Transmission tuning on the Roush a little better as it does not just hang in a lower gear when you are wanting an up shift.
Power is crisp and strong. Lights up 295/35r20's PSS's really well.
I am happy with the Phase 2 and will probably keep it as the CARB Cert may be needed in the near future.
