Had a freshly cleaned car yesterday. Spotless rims. After 5 miles of driving they are brown.

22k miles, it’s time for an upgrade. What is everybody running? I hear good and bad about powerstop. Anybody run R1 concepts?

This is a 17 with performance pack 6 piston fronts.

Powerstop Z23 or Z26s. Way less dust, comparable overall bite, slightly less initial bite.

I use GLOC GS1 which is less dusty than the PP pad, but still accumulates dust.

The struggle is real with those PP1 wheels, they’re absolutely no fun to clean with so many sharp corners and 20 pockets total. My 7 spoke aftermarket wheels are a breeze by comparison.

GS1’s here as well. You’ll never escape brake dust totally, but the GS1’s keep brake dust low all things considered
