Throttle body?

I was hoping to get some help here, I purchased a used ford racing super cobra jet throttle body from a member in the states for my cobra jet manifold build. While I am hoping it was in good working order when it was sent when installed it locked in full bore which the tuners from Lund warned me these have a tendency to do. Since I have purchased and oem twin 60 tb, but I have been told there are companies re-furnishing these throttle bodies in the states. Does anyone have any info about shops here in the UK doing this?

VMP twin turbo TB seems to be the go-to for the throttle body that's what most tuners seem to advise on.

As for the refurnishing, i honestly haven't got a clue what's needed to go into this, are you asking about boring the TB out?
