The only thing I'll add is the potential bumper clips broken where the splitter was damaged. Replacing the splitter is easy enough, but If the actual bumper slots are cracked that's a different issue. You'll be able to tell within reason by applying downward pressure to the broken splitter. If a clear gap appears the actual bumper is damaged.

2017, 15k miles, he bought it for 60k, made a few grand after putting 10k miles on it.

The car was fun and loud but slow AF, went 12.0s at the strip, the CF wheels aren't exposed like they are now... the list goes on, the window sticker brand new was only 65k, got it off a ford engineer locally.

Muuuuch happier with the 500 on a E85 tune.

Agree with the other comments re condition.

Pricing is interesting for the GT350. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of difference between the years. I just listed my 2017, 10k miles, 9.5+ condition in and out, $4k in extras for $59.5.

Anyway, if this one is what you are looking for, get a PPI done, make an offer and let us know how it works out.

If you do a search on Bring a trailer they have a lot Shelbys that have been sold, a 2020 Gt 350R went for 122 Grand

I don’t usually do this, but why would anyone buy a 350 to go to the dragstrip. If I was after a quarter mile car it’d be a Gt and sent to the moon. The 500 is amazing, but my 350 with the whipple would have pulled my 500. Not sure with an E85 tune though. Sounds like he did just fine on the financial side though which is good.

That was a beautiful car, the selling price surprised me a bit. What it really shows is that these car if taken care of still bring the money. That was basically a wrapper car though.

I would pass on this one, looks like it has not been taken care of real well.
Its actually kind of rough. Is that the original engine, I am not able to see the
builders plaque? I am sure you can find one in better overall condition
with less miles for about the same money if your patient. Good luck either way.

OP, are you buying the car as your DD, or you going to turn into a garage queen? Who cares if it has few imperfections. The car is priced right and carfax is clean, which is the most important thing. I was looking at this car myself, but bought black on black GT350 just under 4k miles. The front spoiler on my car had minor damage and small chip on the door, which the dealer agreed to replace it and fix it.

I think if it's convenient, go and check the car out. I think the price is good for what you're getting.

Earlier this year I bought a 2016 track package GT350 with 18k miles a 2 year warranty and newish cup 2s for $51k just to tell you where my head is. I'm not sure there's a better drivers car to daily for the money, but you have to see it in person to judge the finer details. The scratches on the shifter, alcantara condition and replacement tires are something I'd need to feel good about.

Clean Carfax doesn't mean much. This past summer I looked at a clean 2017 at a Ford dealer that clearly had been in a wreck based on the bad overspray on the wheel vent trim on the left fender.

The fact remains the same. It has a clean carfax.

In 20 years, once this thing becomes a classic car, no one will give shite about the paint. I bought a 2011 DBS for 100k in rough condition. DD it for 6 months, and sold it for 100k. Some cars will maintain their value, or go up in value. You can be nit picking, or you can enjoy life and cars.
